Junior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to discover qualified candidates for high-volume sales and technical positions.

• Develop and nurture engaged talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, and innovative outreach methods.

• Perform initial candidate screenings via phone or video to evaluate cultural fit, availability, and alignment with the role.

• Represent the recruitment team during client-facing calls and interviews, communicating professionally on behalf of the business.

• Collaborate with senior recruiters and internal teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with role requirements and business objectives.

• Monitor sourcing activities, outreach metrics, and pipeline health within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in the development of job descriptions and candidate-facing messaging to attract suitable talent.

• Maintain a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from the initial contact through to handoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of direct sourcing or recruitment experience within a recruitment agency (this is non-negotiable).

• Demonstrated sourcing proficiency for both sales and technology roles, preferably in a high-volume setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage in client-facing discussions and participate in formal interviews confidently.

• Capability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines concurrently without compromising quality or attention to detail.

• Fully equipped for remote work with proven experience collaborating in distributed teams across US or UK time zones.

• Skilled in remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS or CRM platforms.
