This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Collaborate efficiently to ensure that Remote's talent scaling requirements are met, focusing primarily on Product, Design, and Engineering recruitment.
• Work alongside the TA Leadership to provide the necessary support for team success.
• Take full responsibility for crafting an exceptional hiring and candidate experience.
• Continuously enhance the time frame from the initial Recruiter call to the job offer.
• Monitor and assess metrics, regularly reporting hiring progress to business leadership.
• Serve as a champion for remote work and its values, ensuring they are reflected throughout the candidate journey.
• Proactively and continuously improve our current recruitment strategy by initiating innovative and scalable changes.
• Collaborate with Remote's Talent Sourcer to actively develop a hiring pipeline for challenging-to-fill positions.
• Possess a knack for sharing best practices and becoming a subject-matter expert in the field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a tech start-up or rapidly growing scale-up environment.
• Previous recruitment experience for Product, Design, and/or Engineering positions will be prioritized.
• Capability to manage large volumes of applications while ensuring high quality and diversity in the hiring pipeline.
• Strong history of success in a fast-paced hiring environment, with an emphasis on deliverables.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing an outstanding candidate experience at all times.
• Alignment with Remote's values and a strong interest in sourcing the best global talent that embodies these values.
• Ambitious and intentional about promoting diversity and inclusion, particularly in hiring from new locations.
• Experience in utilizing and optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack (such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime, etc.), along with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies, including AI-powered recruiting solutions.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills to engage effectively with a global talent pool.
