This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate efficiently to align Remote's talent scaling requirements, with a specific emphasis on supporting hiring in Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Partner closely with the TA Leadership to provide the necessary support for the team's success.
• Take on the responsibility of crafting an exceptional hiring and candidate experience.
• Strive to enhance the duration between the initial Recruiter call and the offer stage.
• Monitor and assess metrics, reporting on hiring progress to business leadership regularly.
• Serve as a champion for remote work values, ensuring they are reflected throughout the candidate experience.
• Actively enhance and initiate innovative and scalable modifications to our current recruiting strategy.
• Collaborate with Remote's Talent Sourcer to proactively develop a hiring pipeline for challenging positions.
• Possess a knack for sharing best practices and becoming a subject-matter expert in this role.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment within a tech start-up or rapidly growing scale-up environment.
• Previous recruitment experience in Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles will be prioritized.
• Capability to manage large volumes of applications while enhancing quality in alignment with the role and promoting a diverse hiring pipeline.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced hiring environment, with a focus on deliverables.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing an outstanding candidate experience at all times.
• Alignment with Remote's values and a strong interest in identifying top talent globally that embodies these values.
• Ambitious and intentional about fostering diversity and inclusion, particularly in expanding hiring to new locations.
• Experience in working with and optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack (such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime, etc.), as well as embracing new tools and technologies, including AI-powered recruiting solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling engagement with a global talent pool.
