This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership and expand Klar’s technological ecosystem partnerships.
• Assume complete responsibility for Klar’s existing strategic alliances with Shopify and TikTok.
• Develop strategic collaborations with platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat that are currently in the early stages.
• Conduct a detailed mapping of partner organizations: identify key decision-makers, understand team structures, determine performance metrics for each group, and identify how Klar can influence their success.
• Enhance Klar’s visibility within partner organizations.
• Train and equip sellers, Customer Success Managers, partner managers, and support teams across various organizations with differing incentives and KPIs.
• Customize Klar’s messaging to align with the priorities of each group — including performance teams, partner teams, vertical specialists, growth teams, and SMB vs. enterprise segments.
• Generate inbound referrals on a large scale.
• Establish a referral system that aligns with partner incentives: comprehend how their teams earn credit, how they generate deals, and how Klar can assist them in achieving their targets.
• Develop clear collateral and internal initiatives that facilitate low-friction recommendations of Klar, ensuring alignment with their KPIs.
• Leverage existing strategic alliances effectively.
• Manage and enhance the TikTok Measurement Partnership while identifying similar programmatic opportunities within other platforms.
• Build connections across relevant teams — product partnerships, measurement, commerce solutions, performance, industry verticals — and align Klar with the appropriate workflows for each.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership, sales, or business development — showcasing a proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and/or navigate long, complex sales cycles.
• A strong aptitude for relationship building — we believe that business thrives on personal relationships grounded in trust, particularly in partnerships.
• Highly organized — managing multiple partner relationships necessitates that nothing is overlooked.
