Tech Lead – Software Architect, React, Next.JS, Node.JS, AI, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for business stakeholders regarding the design and implementation of key project priorities.

• Take ownership and advance the overall architecture for backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud systems.

• Spearhead technical design choices to maintain architectural uniformity.

• Promote AI, low code/no code solutions, and innovative thought leadership to enhance time-to-market efficiency.

• Facilitate swift deployment of code developed in accordance with established technical standards.

• Provide technical support to engineering teams through guidance, reviews, and mentoring.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of the platform.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

• Share insights and direction on mobile native app development, including Geofencing via Braze.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and leading modern, cloud-native architectures.

• Practical experience with AWS serverless environments, such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js for backend development.

• Proven experience in production environments with React and Next.js.

• Solid understanding of event-driven and serverless architectures.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform.

• Knowledge of authentication and security solutions like Auth0.

• Experience in working with multi-repository, domain-driven architectures.

• Strong grasp of REST API design principles and best practices.

• Experience in monitoring, observability, and performance enhancement.

• Familiarity with technologies and methodologies for mobile native app development.

• Demonstrated tech leadership capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships within internal teams.

• Capacity to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in driving innovation and exploring new technological solutions.
