Tech Lead – Senior Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical advisor for the squad.

• Establish engineering standards.

• Conduct technical reviews of the team's outputs.

• Design the most essential automations for the program.

• Convert business acceptance criteria into measurable technical specifications.

• Function as the technical liaison during client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Python.

• Expertise in JavaScript.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Advanced knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, and VPC).

• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.

• Background in defining engineering conventions.

• Experience in reviewing Pull Requests.

• Awareness of testability and post-delivery maintenance considerations.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical specifications and facilitate technical discussions with clients.

• Experience in an ITSM environment with service towers and contractual SLAs.

• Development and upkeep of REST APIs.

• Experience in creating RPAs (Robotic Process Automation).

• Background in Software Architecture.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Datadog.
