Tech Lead – Onboarding Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the architecture for the vehicle and phone onboarding processes.

• Evaluate and authorize all pull requests within your team.

• Lead sprint planning sessions alongside the Product Owner.

• Actively remove obstacles for engineers.

• Exemplify AI-native engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in backend engineering.

• Demonstrated capability to review and analyze code effectively.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills with a direct approach.

• Preferred experience in fintech, payments, or digital financial services.
