Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on TeamViewer's IT and DEX offerings, providing engaging demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that convey both technical and business value to both technical and executive audiences.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and design customized solutions, proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and technical documentation that align TeamViewer's capabilities with customer requirements and goals.

• Lead proof of concepts (POCs), proof of values (POVs), and pilot projects by delivering hands-on technical support, validating the effectiveness of solutions, analyzing results, and making informed recommendations.

• Collaborate with Sales throughout the customer journey, assisting with RFx submissions and working alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive future product development.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings within the enterprise IT and DEX sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Enterprise IT Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical position.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT environments, endpoint and device management, remote connectivity, DEX platforms, and SaaS technologies, including RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability solutions.

• Practical experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud technologies, and security best practices.

• Demonstrated capability to engage with stakeholders ranging from IT professionals to C-level executives, translating complex technical ideas into clear business outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, documentation, and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative, self-motivated approach and a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
