Tech Lead Manager

📋 Description

• Enhance systems that facilitate payroll calculations, tax payments, and filings as both volume and complexity grow.

• Develop services that transfer and reconcile funds among various parties, ensuring results are transparent and traceable for our partners.

• Assist new businesses in transitioning large employer groups onto Check's infrastructure.

• Leverage AI to streamline intricate operational workflows, including tax notice triage and minimizing manual work for employer setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in creating complex software and delivering production systems from start to finish.

• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

• A commitment to remaining hands-on and collaborating with your team.

• A proven history of achieving business results while elevating individual contributor engineers in your team.

• A strong interest in enhancing engineering workflows and experimenting with AI technologies.

• A willingness to learn our existing technology stack: Python/Django, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, Github.
