Tech Lead IA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technically complex projects and services.

• Design business solutions, carry out estimations, and manage technical risks.

• Define modern architectures based on microservices and cloud environments.

• Participate in technical presales, presentations, and defending solutions before clients.

• Drive initiatives in innovation, new technologies, and best practices.

• Collaborate on technological strategy and the adoption of AI-based solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

• Experience leading technical teams and working with agile methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures and microservices.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containers.

• Understanding of APIs, API Management, and API Gateways.

• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.

• Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability.

• Familiarity with generative AI, prompting, AI-assisted development, and LLM models.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business profiles.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
