Senior IAM Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical design, implementation, and evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and integration of various corporate systems.

• Participate in the definition of architectures.

• Make technical decisions.

• Support the team.

• Contribute to the adoption of best practices and the success of digital identity projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Identity Management (IDM) projects.

• Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions.

• Proficiency in development with Java and/or Python.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, and user lifecycle management.

• Experience in application integration using APIs, web services, and security protocols.

• Ability to define architectures and lead technical decisions.

• Experience in coordinating teams or serving as a technical reference.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and functional teams.

• Professional level of English.
