Tech Lead / Engineering Manager – Fullstack JS, TS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop new features from start to finish (frontend + backend) by closely collaborating with a talented Product team.

• Enhance the codebase through refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization efforts.

• Work together with the team to address and resolve technical challenges.

• Guide and mentor fellow developers, sharing insights and elevating team standards.

• Take on the role of Tech Lead within your squad: ensure quality, make informed technical decisions, and coordinate project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience with TypeScript / JavaScript (frontend + backend).

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and MongoDB.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining web applications.

• A continuous learner, especially in the areas of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Self-sufficient, quick to learn, and enjoys collaborating with others.

• Fluent in both French and English, residing within the French timezone (+/- 2h).
