Senior Manager, Attack Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand a team of Attack and Full-Stack Engineers focused on the External Attack Surface.

• Take ownership of the offensive strategy for external and publicly accessible platforms and infrastructure.

• Create comprehensive attack methodologies and implement stealth-oriented authentication processes.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert field insights into prioritized roadmap contributions.

• Manage high-impact customer engagements and conduct technical briefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading offensive security, red team, or attack engineering teams.

• Proven experience in managing teams of 6–10+ engineers and scaling organizational capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.

• Strong knowledge in one or more external/public-facing infrastructure attack surfaces.

• In-depth understanding of common misconfigurations and exploitation paths within external platforms.

• Solid background in software engineering, with a preference for Python.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud automation, and infrastructure tooling.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and infrastructure-as-code (such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Relevant security certifications (e.g., OSCP, cloud or SaaS security) are advantageous.
