Tech Lead, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of developers with a strong technical focus, collaborating closely with the Product Owner.

• Define the architecture and technological decisions of the team, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Establish and maintain technological standards and processes for scalable growth.

• Monitor the performance, professional development, and technical evolution of engineers.

• Track and evaluate the career paths of each engineer.

• Lead or actively participate in agile ceremonies.

• Collaborate on the prioritization, refinement, and definition of technical tasks.

• Propose and identify new technologies and architectures, providing examples and training.

• Work on technology continuous improvement projects with a medium to long-term vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in development using Java, JavaScript, and React/React Native, as appropriate.

• At least 2 years of experience leading development teams.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Experience with CI/CD, version control using GIT, and microservices design patterns.

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Experience with monitoring tools, such as APM.
