Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead a diverse team consisting of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.

• Design and develop dependable systems and applications utilizing a micro-services architecture.

• Establish and sustain integrations with third-party vendors.

• Promote best practices for observability.

• Generate and upkeep comprehensive technical documentation.

• Monitor systems to identify opportunities for enhancing performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership capacity.

• Expert-level skills in Go (Golang) and/or Python.

• Profound expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL).

• Significant experience with Kafka.

• Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS).

• Experience in developing or refining CI/CD pipelines.
