📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to development teams, serving as a reference point for architectural and software engineering decisions.

• Establish scalable, secure, and resilient architectures that align with business goals.

• Guarantee the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews, setting standards, and implementing best practices.

• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Oversee and prioritize initiatives aimed at minimizing technical debt.

• Assist developers in tackling complex issues, promoting autonomy and critical thinking.

• Share technical knowledge by mentoring, providing feedback, and disseminating best practices.

• Enhance team development through code reviews, individual development plans (IDPs), ongoing feedback, and regular one-on-one follow-ups.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings to support professional growth.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to allocate team members effectively across various projects.

• Engage in strategic technical discussions with stakeholders.

• Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by providing estimates, defining solutions, and delivering technical presentations when necessary.

• Participate in recruitment processes, performance assessments, and decisions regarding team development.

• Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience that aligns with Senior-level responsibilities.

• Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or a technical leader in development teams.

• Proficient in software architecture definition, code review, technical mentoring, and architectural decision-making.

• Capable of defining end-to-end solutions even with incomplete requirements, while conducting investigations and aligning with various stakeholders.

• Ability to balance technical quality, timelines, and business context by adopting pragmatic solutions without hindering future application evolution.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, information security, and the development lifecycle.

• Experience in deploying applications is considered an advantage.
