Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical roadmap for the product suite and collaborate with architects to design intricate systems, minimize technical debt, and guide integration strategy decisions.

• Contribute high-quality code to sophisticated SaaS products, with 50% of the role focused on hands-on development.

• Develop long-term technical solutions and address systemic architectural challenges.

• Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to both offshore and nearshore teams.

• Lead code reviews and design discussions.

• Connect product management, quality engineering, and DevOps by converting product requirements into technical designs.

• Initiate corrective actions for performance and reliability challenges to ensure robust services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of professional experience in developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, high-availability web applications and services.

• A minimum of 2 years in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering role.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent extensive technical work experience.

• Strong grasp and practical implementation of software design and architecture principles and patterns.

• Expertise in AWS, including cloud architecture, serverless programming, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.

• Capability to provide technical guidance and mentorship, lead design sessions, and perform code reviews.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional communication.

• Strong commitment to DevSecOps and AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or Claude.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to producing reliable, resilient software.
