📋 Description

• Create, develop, and manage the comprehensive implementation of high-impact prototypes and resilient, production-ready solutions.

• Lead the technical vision and work alongside cross-functional teams to explore, validate, and incorporate AI, machine learning, and cutting-edge technologies.

• Establish governance for code reviews and spearhead ongoing enhancements to engineering standards, mentoring colleagues to improve overall code quality.

• Clearly communicate intricate technical concepts, architectural choices, and project momentum to both executive stakeholders and engineering peers.

• Effectively navigate uncertain situations and quickly adjust technical strategies in response to changing requirements, user insights, and fast-moving market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of professional full-stack software development experience.

• Expertise in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go, with the capability to choose the appropriate tool for the task.

• Experience in building applications utilizing front-end (React, Angular) and/or back-end (Node.js, Springboot) frameworks.

• Data Architecture: Comprehensive understanding of database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL paradigms and when to apply them.

• Next-Gen Workflow: Proficient in an agentic coding operating model; highly skilled at utilizing advanced development tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LLMs to significantly enhance AI-assisted development.

• Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset, with effective communication abilities for technical discussions.

• High level of autonomy: Outstanding capacity to manage significant ambiguity, independently drive execution, and decisively tackle unclear challenges without continuous structural support.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent communication and mentorship abilities, with a cooperative mindset suitable for high-intensity technical discussions.
