📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant features in the Android app while collaborating closely with the design team.

• Help shape the direction of the Android team.

• Manage, maintain, and enhance reliability metrics for essential features.

• Engage in discussions with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Review pull requests and provide support to teammates.

• Address critical issues and navigate unexpected challenges.

• Oversee feature releases and deliver nightly builds for QA.

• Support the expanding Android user base and initiate new projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Familiarity with Android components.

• Proven experience in building or contributing to at least one Android application.

• Strong product design intuition and user empathy.

• A commitment to pushing the limits of Android UI/UX.

• Understanding the significance of testing and methodologies for writing tests.

• Self-motivation to enhance the app and codebase beyond the set specifications.

• Proficiency in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background Services, Music Player Service, Android Animations, Jetpack Navigation, and JUnit tests.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A user-centered approach to problem-solving.

• A willingness to receive ongoing feedback from leadership.
