This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Sales Development team
⢠Improve processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
⢠Facilitate regular coaching sessions
⢠Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Regional Managers, Customer Success Management, and Marketing teams
⢠Engage in technical meetings and perform data analysis to support pipeline development
⢠At least 3 years of experience in senior sales positions
⢠Proficient in telephone prospecting (cold calling)
⢠Background in modern, AI-driven call centers or intelligent sales technologies
⢠Knowledge of data-driven management
⢠Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
⢠Experience in the fitness or health sector
⢠Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
⢠Fluent in German with good command of English
