This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
• Create qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
• Ensure accurate CRM records and update prospect activities accordingly.
• Manage follow-up communications to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Strive to meet monthly appointment and activity targets.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to facilitate smooth transitions of qualified opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends and developments in the hospitality industry.
• 3–6 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Prior experience in booking appointments for software or technology solutions.
• Strong background in cold calling and confidence in conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred.
• A resilient, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and proficient pipeline management abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of the South African hospitality industry would be a significant advantage.
• Essential Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting.
• Experience in generating qualified sales appointments.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong skills in objection handling and relationship building.
