This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.

• Ensure SDRs can confidently communicate Nabla’s value proposition across various buyer personas and market segments.

• Implement data-driven coaching and insights.
• Analyze activity, conversion, and performance metrics to uncover areas for improvement.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to enhance prospecting efficiency and pipeline quality.
• Celebrate achievements, identify skill gaps, and promote ongoing development.
• Cultivate a winning team culture.
• Nurture a sense of ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm within the team.

• Streamline and scale processes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Marketing to refine workflows, automate tasks, and enhance reporting visibility.
• Continuously optimize lead routing, prospecting sequences, and qualification criteria for sustainable success.
• 2+ years of experience managing SDR teams in a SaaS healthcare organization, with a documented history of building high-performing outbound teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing a remote team.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline development.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for nurturing early-career talent into confident, effective sales professionals.
• A collaborative spirit with experience in cross-functional teamwork with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to achieve joint success.
• Comfortable leading teams through evolving strategies, market shifts, and playbooks while maintaining morale and performance.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
