This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify potential opportunities and employ various outbound communication channels to initiate sales engagement.
• Leverage your outbound sales expertise through multiple communication methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messages, and more.
• Generate interest and secure meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for a highly sought-after product.
• Cultivate skills across a diverse array of modern sales technology tools, such as Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others.
• Collaborate closely with a Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to enhance your sales abilities.
• Assist in refining the messaging we use to ensure our success.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
• High proficiency in English in a business context.
• Proven success working for a U.S.-based technology company selling to U.S. prospects, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
• A history of not only meeting but exceeding sales targets.
• Empathetic with exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing your time.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection effectively.
• Resourceful, consistently seeking innovative ways to create opportunities.
