This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualification of leads and scheduling appointments
• Efficiently and reliably assess inbound leads
• Schedule appointments with genuine dedication
• Effectively communicate and foster commitment
• Ensure a thorough and complete transition to closers
• Monitor your own key performance indicators: show rate, scheduled appointments, and revenue collected
• Demonstrated experience in initial customer interactions via phone or digital platforms
• Excellent communication skills: adept at engaging individuals, building trust, and fostering commitment
• Organized and self-motivated working style
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred)
• Experience in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business is advantageous
• Comfortable with numerical data and performance metrics
