This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

đź“‹ Description

• Conduct research on accounts and contacts—primarily within the higher education and student property sectors—to gain insight into their roles, challenges, and objectives.

• Develop and dispatch tailored prospecting emails to engage ideal clients.

• Perform outbound phone calls to establish rapport with potential customers.

• Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, cold calling, social media, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and referrals to connect with prospective leads.

• Arrange meetings or calls between qualified prospects and Account Executives.

• Comprehend StarRez products, solutions, value propositions, and customer pain points.

• Address objections and keep abreast of competitive offerings and market trends.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to synchronize outreach strategies and messaging.

• Achieve or surpass monthly targets for pipeline generation, sourced bookings, and outreach activities.

• Regularly report to Sales leadership on progress through weekly and monthly updates, team meetings, and huddles.

• Identify opportunities for tool enhancements, propose new technologies, and refine workflows to enhance outcomes.

• Continually update your outreach methods, trying new tactics to boost performance.

• A strong interest in sales or customer-facing roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging through email and social media channels.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills; adept at managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Receptive to coaching, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback.

• Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
