Teamlead Claims Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead a new team in the claims department while promoting the professional and personal development of employees.

• Ensure efficient, high-quality, and customer-oriented claims processing, along with the achievement of service level agreements.

• Analyze and optimize processes within claims management.

• Collaborate closely with our Head of Claims and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on insurance or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in composite insurance, preferably in a leadership role.

• Solid knowledge in claims settlement.

• High customer and service orientation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Analytical thinking and the ability to plan strategically.

• Enthusiasm for new technologies and proficient use of all common IT systems and communication media.
