This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain production, testing, and development environments for Teamcenter.

• Install, upgrade, and configure essential components of Teamcenter.

• Apply application patches and oversee version upgrades across all environments.

• Provide insights on sizing and scaling Teamcenter servers.

• Conduct integrity and performance evaluations; optimize FMS/FSC, pool managers, web, and translation servers.

• Serve as the Teamcenter subject-matter expert to resolve systemic production issues.

• Develop scripts and configure monitoring tools.

• Oversee user access and carry out routine system administrator responsibilities.

• Create runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration documentation; assist in disaster recovery drills.

• Communicate technical solutions clearly and present them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of the MPLM environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10+ years of pertinent experience; or a B.S. degree in the same areas with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or a PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• 3-4 years of practical experience with Teamcenter system architecture, installation, and administration.

• Experience in Windows Server administration.

• Familiarity with Apache, JBoss or similar technologies, and SOLR indexing engine (or equivalent).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective measures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
