📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the IDM/MDM Lead on the management of identity and endpoint systems.

• Oversee Okta administration: including user provisioning, group management, and MFA policy implementation.

• Take ownership of joiner-mover-leaver processes.

• Ensure the maintenance of Okta lifecycle automation and conduct regular access audits.

• Manage Iru MDM for the macOS fleet and assist with hardware logistics.

• Supervise the corporate SaaS portfolio and keep accurate inventory records.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or identity administration within a cloud-native or SaaS organization.

• Practical experience in Okta administration: SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and group/policy setup.

• Familiarity with a contemporary MDM platform (Kandji/Iru, Jamf, or similar) for managing a macOS-focused fleet.

• Basic understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.

• Proficiency in scripting or automation (Bash, Python, or similar) to minimize manual efforts.

• Excellent asynchronous communication skills: documenting decisions and creating clear runbooks.
