ServiceNow Sys Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, which includes managing user access, monitoring instance health, handling scheduled jobs, ensuring access governance, managing licenses, and overseeing environment management.

• Design, configure, and sustain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications tailored to fulfill business needs.

• Guarantee that platform configurations adhere to industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) as well as internal cybersecurity policies.

• Create and uphold automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to enhance business processes.

• Facilitate integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) utilizing APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.

• Develop and manage performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational visibility and support decision-making.

• Engage in change control processes, ensuring that updates are tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption.

• Collaborate closely with other DT teams, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives.

• Execute platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and feature rollouts while minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related area (or equivalent experience), combined with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Source to Pay, etc.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.

• Familiarity with ITSM processes.

• Understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
