IT Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete management of the macOS and Windows fleet.

• Develop and maintain Bash and PowerShell Worklets in Automox to streamline endpoint actions.

• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance across our identity provider and SaaS ecosystem.

• Administer access and Identity and Access Management (IAM) across our cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).

• Create and implement automations that unify IT, identity, and SaaS systems.

• Manage the internal ticket queue, addressing level 1 inquiries and escalated level 2 tickets.

• Evaluate existing systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role, preferably in a cloud-centric SaaS environment.

• Proficient in automation and scripting with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

• Experience in endpoint management using Jamf and Intune.

• Knowledge of cloud access and IAM in AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with identity and SaaS platforms (such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub) and workflow automation tools (like SOAR or equivalent).

• Strong analytical skills.

• A collaborative approach with a cross-functional working style.
