This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the administration of Teamcenter Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Create and administer user accounts, groups, roles, and access permissions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Install patches and upgrades, and carry out migrations.
• Manage backup processes and assist with disaster recovery efforts.
• Facilitate integrations with CAD and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Siemens GTAC and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.
• Develop technical documentation and offer user support.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Teamcenter administration.
• Proven track record in managing users and security protocols.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter upgrades and migration processes.
• Experience with GTAC support services.
• Skilled in monitoring and troubleshooting Teamcenter infrastructure and services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Teamcenter Administration.
• Proficient in Active Workspace (AWC).
• Experience with BMIDE Configuration.
• Understanding of Teamcenter Security, including Groups, Roles, and ACLs.
• Competence in Workflow Administration.
• Experience with Multisite Administration.
• Knowledge of Dispatcher and FSC/FMS Administration.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux Server Administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Experience in deploying Teamcenter upgrades and patches.
• Skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Competence in backup and recovery management.
• Knowledge of integration and automation processes.
• Understanding of ITK and SOA.
• Experience with CAD integrations involving NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Proficient in shell scripting or Python for automation.
• Exposure to ERP integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, customer support, and stakeholder management abilities.
