This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary liaison for up to 25 employees.
• Address inquiries related to customer service.
• Assist in optimizing processes, onboarding new team members, and planning training activities.
• Accountable for coordinating daily operations while ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative targets are achieved.
• Utilize monitoring and reporting tools effectively.
• Several years of experience in sales or service, preferably in a functional leadership capacity.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Strong skills in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
