This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Provide outstanding service and support to customers through prompt, accurate, and professional interactions.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and various communication channels in a timely, professional, and respectful manner.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and credits, ensuring a strong attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, questions, and account-related issues.
• Maintain a consistent level of service quality and adhere to established customer service standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the company’s systems.
• Relay pertinent customer and account information to the appropriate team members.
• Work collaboratively across functions to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in training to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and communicate suggestions to leadership.
• High school diploma; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Experience in a call center, healthcare, professional products, or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
