This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Manage customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp β consistently and with a personal touch.
β’ Diagnose issues within our software and provide customers with effective solutions.
β’ Record recurring problems and assist in enhancing our internal knowledge repository.
β’ Participate in screen-sharing sessions with customers when hands-on assistance is necessary.
β’ Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve bugs or product-related issues.
β’ Assist new customers in onboarding and ensure they feel at ease using the product.
β’ Native or fluent German β both written and spoken (mandatory requirement).
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS, IT, or helpdesk setting.
β’ Technologically adept and quick to learn new software β you donβt rely on manuals for every tool.
β’ Strong technical comprehension and problem-solving abilities β you seek solutions rather than temporary fixes.
β’ Capable of working independently and taking full responsibility for your tasks.
β’ Comfortable operating under performance pressure.
β’ Quick learner with a disciplined work approach.
β’ Bonus: Practical IT experience of any kind β scripting, automation, self-hosted tools, Linux, web applications, server management. If you can resolve issues independently rather than just forwarding them, that's a significant advantage.
