This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver precise, transparent, and succinct answers to incoming customer calls.
• Address general inquiries and assist applicants with issues pertaining to their cases.
• Execute processing tasks essential for achieving first call resolution and ensuring accurate status updates.
• Formulate a plan of action to resolve issues beyond the Call Center.
• Employ appropriate escalation protocols.
• Communicate effectively and clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Investigate accounts using the details provided by the customer.
• Exhibit strong time management abilities, quickly identifying specific issues and promptly offering callers comprehensive solutions.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Must possess a high-speed, reliable internet connection. It should connect directly to a router via a hardwired Ethernet port. No Wi-Fi or hotspots are permitted.
