Team Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Supervise both full-time and part-time employees who interact with patients and customers.

• Offer guidance and leadership to staff to promote effective communication and problem resolution.

• Oversee the daily operations of team activities within Shared Services.

• Manage teams responsible for reviewing orders and documentation for new patients.

• Assist patients by coordinating the necessary medical equipment and supplies for their travel needs.

• Ensure accountability within the Shared Services team while coaching and developing staff members.

• May represent local branch offices during after-hours and weekend shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a team leader or supervisor.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance metrics.

• Intermediate proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
