• Overseeing customer expectations, brainstorming, and engaging in automation projects.

• Effectively and promptly resolving any audit observations that may arise.
• Ensuring efficient transaction processing, adherence to service standards, and delivering quality services to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Functioning as an authorizer/maker.
• Making sure that the practices and procedures outlined in the relevant manual are strictly adhered to during transaction processing.
• Suggesting actions pertaining to changes in laws, the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, government regulations, and bank policies that could impact the import landscape.
• Taking corrective and preventive measures based on customer complaints, operational errors, and quality/RCSA analyses.
• Proposing modifications to SOP, OPM, and ADM aimed at enhancing service levels without compromising controls.
• Recommending training sessions and workshops to address knowledge gaps and instill a sense of 'Ownership of resolution' at the grassroots level for effective outcomes.
• Promptly escalating any errors, customer complaints, service defects, or issues raised by counterparts to management.
• Sharing responsibilities with senior team members.
• Possessing a solid understanding of RBI guidelines and experience in Indian operations.
• Must be fluent in English.
