This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Conduct audits, coaching, and optimization of operations to enhance regional Gross Margin and EBITDA.
• Execute regional cost-containment strategies to elevate gross margins and center EBITDA.
• Perform ticket dives, review timecard compliance, overtime hours, labor efficiency, and technician utilization rates to lower direct labor expenses.
• Implement standardized multi-trade flat-rate pricing guides to safeguard gross margins.
• Supervise warehouse controls to reduce inventory and ensure efficient truck stock and replenishment procedures.
• Guarantee adherence to the SoOps operational framework across dispatching, sales, and service.
• Enforce 100% data compliance within ServiceTitan to ensure accurate regional reporting and KPIs.
• Review diagnostic and installation quality protocols to decrease recall and return work rates.
• Confirm completion of safety training and adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement 'COD' policy, requiring field technicians to collect payment upon job completion.
• Collaborate with branch managers to resolve outstanding balances and enhance invoicing workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-site operations or a proven record of operational excellence, preferably within a home services platform.
• Demonstrated success in transforming underperforming branches into profitable and compliant business units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is necessary; extensive travel, including overnight stays, is required.
