Payment Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assist in the introduction of new payment service providers and methods;

• Engage with online payments, payment processes, and transaction lifecycles;

• Evaluate payment performance, routing, and crucial operational metrics;

• Enhance processes that influence transaction success and customer satisfaction;

• Collaborate with global partners, PSPs, and internal teams;

• Ensure the reliability of payment operations in a fast-paced environment;

• Take charge of operational enhancements and the quality of payment experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Payments Operations, Billing, Payment Support, or a related role in online payments;

• Strong knowledge of online payment systems, PSPs, technical integrations, payment processes, and transaction lifecycles;

• Comfort in handling financial and transactional data;

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Tableau;

• Proven experience in communicating with international partners and payment service providers, both verbally and in writing;

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English;

• Experience in the iGaming sector will be considered a plus.
