Batch Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of daily and weekly batch operations within the operational environment.

• Supervise system and batch processes in a 24/7 environment, which includes organizing on-call support.

• Implement immediate actions during disruptions and manage incident response.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee both periodic and ad-hoc batches as well as MFT/AFT processes in line with requirements.

• Offer assistance during routine and emergency operations, along with support for planned changes and CAB activities.

• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain a stable operational environment.

• Proficient in batch processing and scheduling using tools like Control-M.

• Experienced in managing IT production environments and monitoring various processes.

• Familiarity with Adcubum Syrius or a background in the health insurance sector.
