Team Leader Telesales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead a team consisting of around 10 to 15 sales agents.

• Supervise project operations effectively.

• Ensure adherence to procedures while fostering the professional growth of team members.

• Evaluate both individual and team performance, and develop action plans to enhance results.

• At least 2 years of managerial experience.

• Fluent in German at a native level.

• Extensive knowledge in telemarketing.

• Prior experience in the personal insurance sector is advantageous.
