This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives; consistently drive overachievement.
• Recruit, onboard, nurture, and retain high-performing Account Executives.
• Set clear activity expectations and performance standards for both outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at skill enhancement, deal strategy, and performance improvement.
• Lead weekly pipeline evaluations, forecasting discussions, and performance review meetings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and ongoing improvement.
• Ensure disciplined management of CRM hygiene and pipeline across the team.
• Implement established sales processes, workflows, and progression standards.
• Maintain accuracy in forecasts and provide dependable visibility into pipeline health.
• Identify conversion rate gaps and execute strategies to enhance performance at each stage of the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Implementation (eOPS) to guarantee seamless transitions and customer onboarding.
• Create and implement strategies to boost new user activation within ambulatory facilities.
• Optimize outbound and inbound sales approaches to accelerate lead response and conversion rates.
• Discover new market opportunities, segments, and messaging strategies to broaden reach.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and utilize insights to enhance team efficiency.
• Work closely with Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term value for partners and retention.
• Provide constructive feedback to Product regarding customer needs, EMR integrations, and supplier interactions.
• Act as the internal voice of the market.
• Ensure team proficiency in showcasing the Parachute Health platform.
• Cultivate subject matter expertise in EMR integrations and supplier network interactions.
• Enhance the team's capacity to serve as trusted advisors to clinicians and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with executives as needed to expedite deals or eliminate obstacles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales; healthcare sales is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing sales teams with quota responsibilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience in outbound sales settings (healthcare or ambulatory markets are a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop early-career sales professionals.
• Strong skills in forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot is preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
