Senior Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement regional sales strategies that align with national objectives to surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Consistently assess and improve sales strategies, territory coverage, and budget planning to ensure conformity with the overall goals of the company and market conditions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives, fostering a culture focused on high performance and accountability.

• Collaborate with individual sales representatives to formulate and execute detailed territory business plans aimed at strengthening Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) relationships. Utilize Salesforce.com for tracking target accounts, activities, and progress towards objectives.

• Maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline through proactive opportunity management. Ensure all activities are meticulously recorded in Salesforce.com to aid transparency, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Continuously assess sales activities, team strategy, and performance metrics. Provide regular performance updates (monthly, quarterly, annually) to the Executive Team, including key insights and strategic recommendations.

• Advocate for customer satisfaction by ensuring client needs are addressed and relationships are nurtured—from initial engagement through to long-term IDN partnerships. Identify and implement strategies to secure long-term commitments from key clients and prospects.

• Build and sustain relationships with strategic accounts. Act as an executive sponsor to facilitate high-value deals and enhance client trust.

• Identify growth opportunities in emerging or underserved markets. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust regional strategies.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance, to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies and customer lifecycle management.

• Actively engage in all relevant sales, strategy, and product meetings to remain aligned with company initiatives and product direction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

• Over 10 years of sales experience, with more than 5 years in a senior leadership position.

• Proven success in managing complex sales processes and consistently exceeding targets in enterprise, healthcare, or B2B settings.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and the application of data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel throughout the Southern Region (30–40%).
