This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will be tasked with identifying and developing new commercial opportunities across the UK while supporting and enhancing an established distributor network throughout EMEA.
• Cultivate relationships with health clubs, boutique studios, hotel groups, educational institutions, and commercial fitness operators.
• Oversee and assist distributor partners within the EMEA region.
• Propel sales in equipment, education, and digital solutions.
• Discover new market avenues and broaden distribution into unexplored territories.
• Spearhead commercial tenders and major account initiatives.
• Partner with marketing, education, and product teams to optimize regional effectiveness.
• Deliver precise forecasting, manage pipelines, and provide market insights.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows across Europe.
• A demonstrated history of success in B2B sales within the fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment industries.
• Experience in acquiring and nurturing major commercial accounts.
• Strong experience in managing distributors, dealers, or partners.
• Proven experience working in international markets.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for business growth.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
