This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• You will take ownership of, develop, and operate your startup in sectors such as GovTech.
• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your goal, time, and energy management skills.
• You will benefit from hiring assistance through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.
• You will receive focused coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.
• You will refine your product with our support until achieving product-market fit and will receive assistance in building a sales team or establishing a marketing strategy as needed.
• You are located in Europe or the Americas or are willing to relocate.
• You are prepared to take full responsibility for your startup and aim to scale it to over €100M in revenue.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
• A salary while you develop your startup, as you will be directly employed by us.
• Up to €500k in funding.
• Weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders.
• Access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors.
• Assistance in hiring exceptional talent through our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Support in achieving product-market fit and in building a sales force or marketing engine.
• Funding assistance for securing a multi-million euro funding round within an average of 12 months (on average, EWOR Fellows raise over €2M after our Grand Pitch).
