This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and take ownership of the global sales operating model, which includes playbooks, sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers to enhance execution and bolster leadership skills.
• Construct and refine the global sales infrastructure, encompassing CRM processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and oversee global compensation, incentive, and recognition programs.
• Cultivate a high-performance coaching culture with established global standards for training and talent development.
• Steer cross-functional collaboration with various teams to enhance the customer journey and sales effectiveness.
• Track global sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives while providing actionable insights.
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, GTM programs, or commercial excellence, with a proven history of constructing global or multi-regional sales infrastructure.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing global sales playbooks that have been successfully adopted across various regions or hubs.
• Established track record in developing global analytics frameworks and performance management systems.
• Practical experience in designing commission structures and compensation frameworks in collaboration with Finance and HR.
• Experience in creating and managing incentive programs on a global scale.
• Extensive expertise in partnering with and empowering on-the-ground sales managers.
• Background in collaborating with sales platforms, CRM, and operations teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or fast-paced tech sales environments.
• Proven ability to manage QBR structures, forecasting cadence, and pipeline review processes across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a bonus.
