Team Leader – Investigations, Payment Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Handling investigation query messages, including return of funds, Unable to apply, Amendment, BCNR, Recall, OFAC, and FATF.

• Ensuring all queries are addressed in accordance with SLA, prioritizing sensitive messages, and maintaining close coordination with other banks, the operations team, business line, and customer service desk to ensure case resolution.

• Assessing recurring queries and collaborating with the Operations Manager to recommend process enhancements aimed at minimizing repetitive inquiries.

• Overseeing investigations based on the metrics established with the business.
