Team Lead SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the third team, which involves recruiting in-house specialists and coordinating a network of freelancers.

• Strategize and implement a comprehensive plan for the large-scale launch of mono-brand websites across various European regions.

• Oversee the entire process from domain acquisition to website launch and monetization.

• Manage budgets and resources while analyzing return on investment (ROI).

• Ensure that first-time deposit (FTD) targets are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the iGaming sector.

• Proven experience with large-scale website launches: hands-on involvement in generating and launching websites at scale (hundreds to thousands per month).

• Familiarity with European regions (GEOs) is essential.

• Capability to establish processes for freelancers and manage a substantial volume of tasks.

• Strong emphasis on business metrics such as traffic, conversions, and FTD.

• A solid understanding of process automation (content generation, website deployment, link building) is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with contractors and freelancers throughout various stages of website development is a plus.
