Team Lead – Senior Technical QA, Architecture, BIM, Construction Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Guide a team of junior technical QA associates and delivery specialists.

• Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and punctuality of the team's outputs.

• Review deliverables prior to their submission to clients or senior stakeholders.

• Ensure data integrity, consistent reporting, and compliance with project standards.

• Assist team members in understanding construction drawings, 3D models, markups, RFIs, redlines, comments, and various technical documents.

• Support weekly workload planning and facilitate the assignment of team members based on project requirements, skill sets, and availability.

• Maintain internal tracking systems, project status updates, and delivery documentation.

• Provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Train junior staff on workflows, drawing interpretation, QA standards, platform usage, and delivery expectations.

• Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements.

• Proactively escalate blockers, risks, and quality concerns.

• Collaborate with other remote teams involved in project setup, configuration, mapping, QA, and delivery.

• Engage in client-facing or internal stakeholder meetings as necessary.

• Foster a culture of ownership, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field in construction/technical disciplines.

• Strong capability to read and interpret construction drawings, including architectural plans, sections, MEP layouts, structural drawings, fit-out details, and site-related documents.

• Experience with BIM, construction coordination, project delivery, technical QA, or quality control.

• Proven track record in reviewing technical work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify errors before they impact clients.

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, training, or coordinating team members.

• Strong ownership mentality and capability to work independently in a remote setting.
