This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In this position, you will establish a strong foundation for peak performance by effectively onboarding new SDRs and providing support to your team in an encouraging, nurturing, and challenging manner, allowing our sales talent to flourish.
• This role presents an opportunity for you to make strategic contributions and aid in driving REP's success and growth.
• As Team Lead, you will oversee one of our SDR outbound teams consisting of up to 12 SDRs, utilizing a coaching leadership style to ensure the accomplishment of sales targets and KPIs.
• You will also emphasize outbound initiatives: testing new strategies, refining them, and analyzing their effectiveness in close cooperation with the leadership team, thereby developing new best practices and playbooks.
• As a leader, you are responsible for the performance of the team and will empower it through coaching, training, and one-on-one sessions.
• You will serve as a player-coach, leading by example through successful calling and setting the benchmark for your team.
• You will consistently be at the forefront during events and campaigns.
• In your role as Team Lead, you will also manage 10+ clients; with your solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, you will ensure ongoing support for both clients and internal teams.
• You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and the leadership team to guarantee seamless coordination and continual enhancements in the outbound process.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an outbound sales role within the B2B sector.
• Experience in building and/or leading teams (or strong potential), combined with a team-player mindset, empathy, and the ability to inspire others.
• You are familiar with analytics and spreadsheets just as much as you are with customer communication and coaching: you can easily generate reporting-based, individualized action recommendations for your team members.
• Strong focus on numbers, targets, and results, along with a high level of decisiveness.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and a passion for sales and digital business models.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a high degree of proactivity, the ability to listen, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in German, with very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• 100% remote – work from anywhere you prefer (e.g., Berlin, Bali, or Barcelona).
